Ketika Cinta Bertasbih Mengecewakan.. !
Saat diumumkan akan ditayangkan di bioskop-bioskop 11 juni, Ketika Cinta Bertasbih (KCB) pun menjadi pembahasan para pecinta film. Menarik atau tidakkah film ini ketika ditonton..?. Utamanya para penggemar novel Ketika Cinta Bertasbih. Film ini diangkat dari novel “ketika cinta bertasbih” karya Habiburrahman el Shirazy.
Sebelum ditayangkan, publikasi KCB begitu gencar. Membuat penasaran para pecinta film agar datang menyaksikan langsung di layar lebar. Promosinya : film ini dibuat di negeri piramida, mesir. Menghabiskan dana 20 miliar rupiah. Dan didukung oleh kru yang andal dalam pembuatannya. Saat tiba penayangan perdananya.. jadilah antrean di bioskop-bioskop oleh pecinta film. Mereka penasaran ingin menyaksikan kehebatan film ini. Dan apa yang terjadi ?
Setelah menyaksikan film ini, “maaf” saya sendiri tidak menemukan kesan dan pesan yang begitu berarti. Tidak ada aksi ataupun adegan yang dahsyat..!. Pengambilan gambarnya pun sangat monoton. Tidak fotografis. Cerita hanya mengandalkan pembacaan narasi layaknya sandiwara radio. Pada pertengahan film pun muncul gambar hitam. Sepertinya lupa diedit. Kesannya film ini kejar tayang sehingga hasilnya menjadi kasar. Iklan dalam film juga mengganggu jalannya cerita.
Azzam yang diperankan oleh Kholidi Asadil Alam sebagai salah tokoh utama yang ditonjolkan dalam film ini pun tidak mampu mengangkat kehebatan cerita di dalam KCB. Kesan pejual tempe lebih dominan pada Azzam, meski ia sendiri tidak pernah tampak menjual sendiri tempenya. Semua adegan seperti sulap. Peran yang dimainkan oleh setiap aktor sangat tidak maksimal. Misalnya Azzam tiba-tiba lulus, tanpa pernah belajar dan ujian. Jadinya, kesan cerdas Azzam tidak muncul. Kampus tempat mahasiswa Indonesia belajar di mesir pun tidak pernah muncul. Aktivitas mahasiswa Indonesia di mesir kerjanya hanya makan dan tidur di asrama. Mereka sibuk mencari calon istri juga suami. Azzam diceritakan berasal dari keluarga miskin. Tapi dalam film, kondisi rumah dan cara berpakaian keluarganya di Indonesia jauh dari kesan miskin.
Waktu terus berjalan. Penonton pun bergegas bubar meninggalkan ruangan saat muncul tulisan “to be continued”. Mereka berbisik “KCB adalah sinetron” “… Kok pake bersambung ? kalo begini kenapa harus tayang di bioskop ? “. Entah apa yang akan diceritakan pada KCB2. yang pasti sebagian besar penonton yang hadir saat itu termasuk saya, kurang puas dengan KCB. Film yang baru saya nonton ini tidak sesuai yang saya harapkan. Afwan..!!
